We only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through our Connection Card contact form. This includes:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your preferred method of contact
• The reason for your enquiry
• Any message you choose to include

We do not collect any information automatically beyond what is necessary for security verification (see Section 3 below). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that profile your behaviour.

The information you submit through our contact form is used solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry, prayer request, or connection card submission
• To send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your submission
• To follow up with you via your preferred contact method (email, phone, or WhatsApp)
• To pray for you and your requests within our ministry team

We will never use your information for commercial marketing, unsolicited communications, or any purpose unrelated to your direct request.

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving bot detection service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile verifies that form submissions are made by real people and not automated bots. This process may involve Cloudflare setting a temporary technical cookie on your device solely for security purposes.

Emails sent from our ministry are processed through Resend, a transactional email service. Your email address is used only to deliver your confirmation and any follow-up communication from our team. Resend's privacy policy can be found at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is never shared with advertisers or marketing companies.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With members of the PMC ministry team who need it to respond to your request
• With service providers (Cloudflare, Resend) strictly as necessary to deliver our services — these providers are bound by their own privacy policies
• If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our ministry or others

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of our pastoral engagement with you. If you wish for your data to be deleted, please contact us at the address below.
